This page explains the behavior built into this site. It is operational information, not legal advice or a legal compliance certification.

Optional measurement

Google Analytics and advertising measurement are set to denied by default. If you choose “Allow measurement,” the site can send page and event metadata to Google. You can continue using the site if you decline.

Lead forms

When you submit a Netlify form, the information you enter is sent to Netlify so DIGITALPERFORM can record the resource request. Marketing permission is separate and optional where shown.

Founding Testers applications

If you apply to the December Founding Testers program, DIGITALPERFORM uses the information you submit to assess project fit, administer the selection process and contact selected applicants. Optional marketing permission is not required and is not used as a selection factor. Application information is not intentionally included in analytics event content.

Interactive tools

The Action Reset quick tool runs in the browser. The text entered into its fields is not intentionally sent as analytics event content. Optional site measurement may still record generic page/event metadata if you consented.

Orders and payments

Purchases are completed on Payhip. Payhip handles checkout, payment details, digital delivery and its own tracking/privacy behavior. Review the information shown at checkout before buying.
