Plain-language operating terms for the DIGITALPERFORM Founding Testers program.
1. No purchase required
Applying is free. Buying a DIGITALPERFORM product is not required and does not improve your chance of being selected.
2. Selection, not a random drawing
This is a tester recruitment program, not a sweepstakes. Applications are reviewed for relevance to the unreleased product, the applicant’s testing context and the usefulness of potential feedback. DIGITALPERFORM plans to select three testers, but may select fewer if there are not enough suitable applications.
3. Timing
Applications are planned to remain open through November 30, 2026. Selected testers are expected to be contacted in early December 2026. Timing may change if product development requires it.
4. What selected testers receive
Selected testers receive access to the designated DIGITALPERFORM digital product at no charge for testing purposes. No cash alternative is offered.
5. Feedback
Testers are asked for candid product feedback. Positive feedback, a public review, a testimonial or social-media promotion is not required. If DIGITALPERFORM later wants to publish a tester’s name, quote or testimonial, separate permission will be requested first.
6. Confidential or unreleased material
Selected testers may receive material that has not yet been publicly released. DIGITALPERFORM may ask testers not to redistribute product files or unreleased materials.
7. Eligibility and contact
Applicants must provide a valid email address and enough information for DIGITALPERFORM to assess project fit. If a selected applicant cannot be reached or does not respond within a reasonable period, another applicant may be selected.
8. Marketing email is optional
Opting into product news or marketing emails is optional and is not a selection factor. Program-related messages about an application or testing participation may still be sent where necessary to administer the program.
9. Product changes
The unreleased product, its scope, release date and presentation may change during testing. Participation does not guarantee a public launch date or future commercial availability.
